
Balkan Corner is a culinary project rooted in the living heritage of Bulgarian cuisine. Through a regional and curatorial approach, it explores this tradition while opening space for dialogue with neighboring cultures through rotating experiences.
Our model is grounded in the rhythms, products, and techniques of the Balkans — fire, fermentation, fresh herbs, preserved memory — and unfolds as a monthly narrative shaped by curated culinary guests - Levantine evenings, Italian interludes, Anatolian threads. Each rotation is an invitation, not a performance. These evenings emerge from shared histories, overlapping terrains, and parallel instincts. They do not dilute the core — they illuminate it.
